This Privacy Policy explains how Jen Rego (operating as a freelance designer at jenrego.com) collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website. I take your privacy seriously and will never sell or misuse your information.
Information I Collect
The personal information I collect is limited to what you voluntarily submit through one of the following:
The contact form on this site (powered by Framer), which may include your name, email address, and details about your project or inquiry
The Field Notes subscription form (also powered by Framer), which collects your name, email address, and content preferences you select at signup
The client portal at portal.jenrego.com (powered by HoneyBook), which may collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information when you sign contracts, pay invoices, complete onboarding questionnaires, or communicate about a project. Questionnaires are built and powered by Tally.
I do not collect payment information, create user accounts, or track personal data beyond what is described here.
How I Use Your Information
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry, discuss a potential working relationship, or follow up on an existing project.
Information submitted through the Field Notes subscription form is used to send you the types of notes you selected at signup, and occasionally to let you know about services or offers that might be relevant to you. You can opt out at any time. I will never add anyone to the Field Notes list without their explicit consent, and I will never use subscriber information for any purpose beyond what is described here.
Third-Party Services
This website is built and hosted on Framer, and the domain is registered through Squarespace. Active client work — contracts, invoices, and project communication — is managed through HoneyBook, with the client portal hosted at portal.jenrego.com. Some onboarding questionnaires are sent separately via Tally. Subscription form submissions are sent to a private email address and logged in a Google Sheet accessible only to me, then automatically forwarded to MailerLite via Relay.app. MailerLite manages the Field Notes email list and handles all email delivery.
